1.What is the difference between human hair and synthetic hair?

Human Hair: Burning smells like a burnt fragrance, human hair burns out very quickly, and feels like coke. It also easily becomes ash.

Synthetic Hair: Burning smells like burning plastic, there is a small flame and feels viscous when it burns out.

2.Do I need to wash my hair before wearing it?

Our hair is very clean and neat, so you don’t have to wash your hair at first when you receive it. 

For curly hair, we don’t recommend you to wash it because it may ruin the curly pattern.

3.Can I dye my curly hair?

For virgin hair, yes you can dye it, but curly hair is not easy to operate by yourself, 

so please let a professional stylist help you and don’t do that yourself. For Malaysian and Indian hair we don’t recommend you to dye.

4.What is the difference between your Brazilian virgin hair and other hair?

Our high-level wigs are all made with Brazilian virgin hair, here are quality differences among these hair types.

Hair quality from normal to best is Brazilian virgin hair =Malaysian virgin hair >Chinese virgin hair=Peruvian virgin hair>Indian Remy hair.

 The best quality means the wig can last longer and you will feel the hair is more smooth and softer when you touch it. 

5.Is your hair 100% human hair? What is the grade? Where are they from?

We are selling nice virgin hair, which is natural and nice. It is 100% human hair and top virgin hair. It is Brazilian hair.

6.What is the difference between a 360 wig and a full lace wig?

Our 360 wig and the full lace wig are the whole wigs. 360 wig is used pre-plucked 360 frontals with bundles to sew in a whole wig. 

The lace is around from the forehead to the back of the head, but not include the middle head. When you put upward the hair, you can see a little track, which doesn't affect usage.

When we install the hair, we will put down the hair then we can't see the tracks. It can be put in a bun and ponytail, that's why it is called breathable and pre-plucked. The Full lace wig is full lace all around the head.It can't see the tracks, but also can be put in a bun and ponytail.

7.How many bundles do I need for a full head?

Recommended bundles if buying the following lengths:

 12" - 14" 2 Bundles

 16" - 24" 3 Bundles

 26" - 30" 4 Bundles

 32" - 40" 5 Bundles

 If you prefer full vixen hair please add an extra bundle. If you are also purchasing a closure or frontal you will still need the same number of bundles.

8.How long is the service life of the product?

The service life of our products is two years or more，It depends on how well you care for your hair.

 

About Shipment

 

1.Which express do you use? How long can I receive the parcel?

We use USPS, DHL, FedEx, and TNT, and the delivery time is 3-5 working days for the US and 4-7 working days for other countries.

2.Do I need to pay the shipping fee?

No, our products are free shipping, everything is based on the website standard.

3.Do I need to pay the customs duty?

Each country has different tariff policies. We usually try to help you avoid customs duties legally. If a tariff is charged, you will have to pay the duty.

 4.I am in a remote area, can you ship it?

Yes, we can.

5.Can I receive the parcel on Saturday or Sunday?

The DHL and FedEx are weekend off. If the parcel has been arrived your city, you can go to the local sites to receive it.

6.How to track package information

After the goods are delivered, we will send you an email with a number on it so that you can track the logistics information according to the number.

 

About Payment

 

1.Which payment methods can I use? Can I pay by installments？

Paypal is the only payment method in our store for the time being. Our store cannot pay by installments.

2.If I pay on your website, is my information safe?

Yes, it's safe. Our website is very secure and all payment methods are normal.

3.Can you send me an invoice?

About Hair Care

 

1.Why is my hair tangled or shedding?

It could be caused by dry hair. Please make sure to wash & condition your hair at least once a week, twice a week is better. Brazilian virgin hair combs the hair from time to time. You could go to your stylist for further suggestions. If the hair is wavy or curly style, we don't suggest comb it. If you have to, please comb it with hands or a wide-teeth brush gently. A tight teeth brush will ruin the hair's original shape and make it fizzy and feels like a tangle.

Please always comb the hair from the ends and work your way up. When you dye the hair with bleach powder, please control the time within 5 minutes. If you dye it with dye cream, you need to control the time within 20 minutes. Otherwise, the hair will be damaged by cream if you leave it too long there, which will lead to shedding. When sleeping, please bond the hair with an elastic band or wear a cap. It will avoid tangling or shapes-changing. After waking up, please remove the band and comb through beginning at the ends and working your way up to the roots. When swimming, we suggest wearing a swimming cap. Because the seawater or pool water is not good for hair, it will make the hair tangle and rough. It`s better to wash it with warm water, with hair shampoo and hair conditioner after swimming.

2.Why does my wig/hair smell a little?

It is the smell from the factory, not the smell of chemicals. For our wigs, the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair, no any process, which is healthy and good quality can use a long time. So please don`t worry about that. We would try to minimize fragrance as well.

3.Why did my style disappear after I washed?

For our wigs, the hair material is collected directly from donors. It is natural hair, no any process, which can use for a long time. Normally when we wash the hair, the style may be a little change, it insists on the human hair. It will be nice again with the shape of flat iron after drying. The hair is nice virgin hair, which can be dyed, bleached, shaped. It can be used for over 2-3 years with good protection.

Here are some tips to help wash and care for your hair: 1)When you wash the hair, better to brush it first. Use warm water and hair shampoo to wash twice.Then put the hair conditioner equally on the hair for 5 minutes. Then wash it with cleaning water. A hair conditioner is very necessary when you wash your hair! We suggest you use high- quality hair conditioner. 2) If you want to blow your hair dry, please blow to 80% dry, then keep the rest 20% to naturally dry, by this way, it will keep your hair away from drying and frizzy! 3) When you feel the hair is very dry, you can spray some hair oil. Meanwhile, when you wash the hair, you can pour little hair care oil into warm water, and put the hair inside that warm water for 10 minutes around.The hair will be more silk and soft comparing before. But we don`t suggest you use hair oil every day. Because hair oil may make your hair strands dry and hard! 4) If you want to get your hair curls back, better to use crimping iron to curl the hair according to its original curl shape again!
